4- 6oz salmon fillets
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup Irish whiskey
1 tbsp chopped chives
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp oil
Salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mixed everything together except fillets. Pour mixture over the salmon fillets. Allow to marinated for one hour. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Place in a 450 degree oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and juices are white.
