Small diced onion

2 cups sliced carrots

1 cup diced celery

1 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp rosemary

1/2 tsp sage

3 tbspn butter

1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup white wine

1 bouillon cube

1 tbspn fresh lemon juice

8 cups chicken broth

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup cream

1 package frozen egg noodles (like Reame's)

3 cups cooked chopped chicken

1/2 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, melt butter and add onion, carrot, celery, and herbs. Cook for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle flour and cook about 1 minute. Add wine, bouillon cube, and lemon juice to deglaze. Stir in broth, milk and cream. Bring to a boil. Add noodles. Return to boil and cook noodles about 20 minutes. Stir in chicken and peas. Add salt and pepper and serve.
