6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 C sugar
3 Tbsp light corn syrup
1/2 C bourbon or rum
2 1/2 C vanilla wafers finely crushed (5 doz)
1 C finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler over hot water. Remove pan and stir in sugar and corn syrup. Blend in Bourbon. Combine wafers and nuts in bowl and add to chocolate mixture. Form in 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Let ripen in covered container several days.
