12 hard-cooked large eggs, peeled
1/3 + 1 Tbsp. Duke's mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in pot and cover with cold water. Add a few shakes of salt. Bring to a hard boil. Place lid on pan, turn off heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Pour off hot water and cover with ice to cool eggs quickly. When cool, peel. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refill whites with yolk mixture.
