Large Corned Beef Brisket
Seasonings:
Kosher salt
Celery salt
Black pepper
14 ounces beer, (I use Heineken)
1 head of cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Use crock pot or Dutch oven.
Season brisket by heavily sprinkling each of the seasonings on one side. Flip over and do the same on the other side.
Pour beer in crock pot or dutch oven. Add seasoned brisket. Cook in crock pot for 6 hours, (adjust for faster cooking in dutch oven).
Clean and cut cabbage; use juices from brisket to cook cabbage until tender.
