2 cups- brown sugar
1 cup- flour
Pinch salt
4- eggs separated
4 1/2 cups- milk
1/2 tsp.- maple flavoring
2 tsp.- vanilla flavoring
1/2- stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, sugar, flour, and salt in pan.
Add slightly beaten egg yolks and milk
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly
When thick, remove from heat and add margarine and flavoring. Mix well and pour into baked pie crust.
Add meringue (4-egg whites & 4 tbsp. sugar, beaten until fluffy).(Spread on top of pie starting in center working toward the edges to seal).
Brown in 475º oven. This makes 2 pies.
