1 tbsp fresh Rosemary roughly chopped

Prepare the basic scones with the following changes. Using a vegetable peeler, remove 3 strips of zest from an orange. Thinly slice the zest. Cut in the butter. then fold in the zest and the rosemary. On a lightly floured surface shape the dough into two 5 inch rounds Cut each into 8 wedges (16 total) and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with 1 tbsp of heavy cream and bake until golden brown. 8-12 minutes
