yellow icing or white icing
chocolate frosting (for glue)

Remove paper liners from peanut butter cups. Holding the bottom of a peanut butter cup, dip top in chocolate frosting
Position the peanut butter cup in the center of the fudge-striped cookie and press down.
Using white or yellow frosting, pipe a square shape buckle on each cup to finish design
