2/3 c Flour
1 tea
pprika
1/4 ea salt & Pepper Garlic Powder Onion Powder
2 eggs beaten
2 c instant potato flakes
Enough Veggie Oil to Fry Fillets in
4 lbs walleye or other fish fillets

Directions:
Directions:
in one shallow dish place potato flakes in second shallow dish combine remaining dry ingredients and in a bowl place beaten eggs.
Heat oil in a deep pan to medium heat. dredge fillets in flour mixture hen dip into eggs and dredge in potato flakes to coat. place into hot oil in pan. cook about 3-4 mnutes per side to a golden brown place cooked fillets onto paper towels to drain and sprinkle with salt to taste. serve with lemn wedges and tarter or favorite dipping sauce.
