Ingredients:

1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
1/2cup flour
1/3cup melted butter
Stick of butter for glazing the pan
Powder Sugar to sift over the pancake

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and milk in blender add other ingredients and blend until well mixed.
Utilize a large fry pan with low sides, so it is easy to flip the crepe/pancake with a
Spatula. Spray the pan with Pam and then use a cube of butter and run over the surface
Of the pan before pouring mixture for each pancake. Move your spatula around the edges of the pancake so the edges are even. As soon as you see small bubbles or the edge start to turn color flip the pancake. In a minute or less remove the pancake and place on a dinner plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

My Children and Grandchildren liked Raspberry Frozen Jam and sometimes syrup on the pancake. They would spread it down the center of the pancake and then roll it up. Cut into it and it is Yummy!
