6 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 chopped red pepper
1 cup kernel corn

6 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups water

3 cups diced cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan. Add corn and red pepper. Saute until soft.
Mix in flour , bouillon powder, salt and pepper. Using twice as much pepper zips it up. Stir in milk and water until it boils and thickens.

Add chicken, stir and heat through. Makes 5 1/2 cups.

Serve over a bed of rice.
