1 c. of flour
2 tsp. of cream of tartar
1 c. of water
1 tsp. of cooking oil

Mix together and cook on medium heat until the sides pull away from the pan. Knead and then add food coloring to desired color.

Wear gloves when you put in the food coloring so you don't get it all over your hands.
