1 pound of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can of chopped black olives
1 bunch of green onions chopped
1/2 to 3/4 bunch of cilantro chopped
1 " Good Seasons" zesty Italian dressing packet-make dressing according to directions on packet
1/2 c. of mayo
3 T. of cream cheese
Cherry Tomatoes-optional

1.Chop all veggies, onion, cilantro, olives and tomatoes.
2.Shred cheese
3.Mix Italian dressing in separate bowl, then combine seasoning, vinegar, oil and water; mix well
4. Combine all ingredients together
5. Chill over night
