3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tea salt
4 tea baking soda
Enough water to make a stiff dough

Directions:

Mix all ingredients add small amts of water (1/2 c at a time) until dough forms a ball and isnt sticky. put cover on bowl and allow to rest for 4-5 hours
pinch off small balls & work into 5 inch circles

Fry in Hot Oil until golden brown and puffed.

Serve with honey-butter
