1 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour


TOPPING

1 c. pecans (optional)
1T. cinnamon
4 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease and lightly flour bundt pan.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Pour in half of the batter, then spread with half of the topping, and then add remaining batter, and top with the remaining topping.

Bake for approximately one hour.
