Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¼ c. all purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 (14.5oz.) can stewed tomatoes
½ c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. mustard powder
½ tsp. celery seed
1 clove garlic, minced
⅛ tsp. hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally, and then place between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound until about ⅛ inch thick. Cut into small pieces, 2-3 inches. You will probably get 3-4 pieces of chicken from each half breast.
In a shallow dish or plate, combine the flour, salt and black pepper and coat the chicken pieces with flour mixture.
Melt butter in a large skillet and brown the chicken on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, combine the rest of the ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, return the chicken to the skillet, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until the chicken is heated through and tender.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have been making this recipe for nearly fifteen years. it is one of my husband's favorite meals, he never tires of it!! Whenever I ask him what shall we have for dinner? He always suggests this!! I serve it with pasta and a salad on the side. It can be made early in the day and reheated when you need it. It also freezes well.
