2 cans (10 3/4oz. each) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 cups- (16oz.) sour cream
1/2 cup- water
1/2 tsp.- pepper
2 pkg.- (28oz.) frozen potatoes
1 pkg.- (16oz.)process cheese, cubed (velveeta)
2 1/2 cups- cubed ham fully cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, water, and pepper until blended. Stir in potatoes, cheese, and ham.
Transfer to two greased 11x7 baking dish.
Bake casserole, covered for 40 minutes.
Bake uncovered for additional 10-15 minutes or till bubbly.
Let stand for 10 minutes, before serving.
