2 cups flour-sifted
3/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg-beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar 2 tablespoon cherry juice
11.4 teaspoon salt























Directions:

cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
sift together dry ingredients. Add. Fold in cherries coconut and nuts. Drop onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and spread with Pink Fondant
glaze

11/2 cup powdered sugar mixed with 2 tablespoons cherry juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt
