1 lb Seasoned Bread Croutons
1 lb Ground Pork
1 lb Ground Beef
6 stalks of Celery
1 med. Onion
Cook Gizzards from turkey to get broth or buy chicken broth
Amount of liquid should be the same as instructions on Bread croutons package
1 stick Butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pour broth over croutons in a large bowl. Broth should be warm.
Sautee onion and celery in butter. Add to the croutons and blend. Add uncooked meat and using damp hands, blend all together. It will be like meatloaf. Stuff loosely into turkey. any remaining stuffing you can cook in the oven for about an hour. You can put it in during the end of the turkey cooking time.

Sometimes I cook the whole amount in a separate pan to ensure it cooks all the way through. I cook it for 1 1/2 hours if it is the whole recipe. Than I stuff turkey with a plain bread stuffing for those who don’t like the meat stuffing.
