1 lb Seasoned Bread Croutons
1 lb Ground Pork
1 lb Ground Beef
6 stalks of Celery
1 med. Onion
Cook Gizzards from turkey to get broth or buy chicken broth
Amount of liquid should be the same as instructions on Bread croutons package
1 stick Butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pour broth over croutons in a large bowl. Broth should be warm.
Sautee onion and celery in butter. Add to the croutons and blend.
Add uncooked meat and using damp hands, blend all together.
It will be like a meatloaf.
Can be stuffed loosely into turkey, but that is frowned upon now so I cook it in the oven for about an hour just like a meatloaf only a square pan seems to be better.
