1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, divided
1 can “cream-of” soup
2 eggs
8 oz. tomato sauce
½ t. salt
2 lb. ground beef
½ - 1 C. chopped onions
2 buns or 4 slices bread, torn
8 saltine crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ½ pkg. onion soup mix and canned soup in small bowl; set aside to use as topping. In large bowl, mix eggs, tomato sauce, salt, and remaining onion soup mix. Add beef, onions, bread, and cracker crumbs. Spray two 8- to 9 inch shallow pans with Pam. Form meat mixture into two loaves and place in pans. Top with soup mixture. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
