Wishishere Sauce
Red Wine Vinegar

Chicken Breast boneless skinless
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Fro the sauce
Saute shallot and mushroom
Deglaze with grape juice
Add chicken stock
Adjust seasoning with whishtishere and red wine vinegar

Season flour and dredge chicken
Sear in a hot pan
Finish in the oven
