1 Ib. hamburger
2 T. flour
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
1 c. frozen corn (optional)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Dash of Garlic Powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions in a medium hot sauce pan.
Sprinkle with flour and stir mixture. Slowly add water to cover.
Add potatoes and corn, salt and pepper.
Cover with more water.
Cook covered, about 30 minutes, until potatoes are done, stir occasionally.
