1 1/4 CUPS WARM WATER
2 TBSP PURE VEGETABLE OIL
4 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP SALT

1 6OZ CAN TOMATO PASTE
1/2 CUP HOT WATER
1 LB MOZZARELLA CHEESE
1TSP SALT
1/2 TSP OREGANO
1/8 TSP PEPPER

DISSOLVE YEAST IN WATER. STIR IN OIL. SIFT FLOWR & SALT TOGETHER: STIR INTO OIL WATER MIXTURE. KNEAD VIGOROUSLY ON CLOTH OR BOARD UNTIL SMOOTH AND ELASTIC. ABOUT 15 MIN. SHAPE INTO BALL; PLACE IN GEASED BOWL; BRUSH WITH OIL; COVER WITH DAMP CLOTH. LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE IN BULK, ABOUT 2 HOURS FORM AGAIN INTO BALL. MAKES ENOUGH DOUGH FOR 4 PIZZA. CUT CIRCLE, BRUSH WITH OIL.

MIX REMAING INGREDIANTS. EXCEPT CHEESE, POUR OVER DOUGH. TOPE WITH CHEESE

BAKE IN OVEN AT 450º 20 MIN OR UNTIL CRUST IS BROWN AND CRISP.
