2 TBSP VINEGAR
1 TBSP WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 CUP WATER
1 CUP CHILE SAUCE
2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
SALT & PEPPER

CUT RIBS IN SERVIING PIECES. PACE ON PAN WITH A LITTLE WATER. BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES IN MODERATE OVEN.

CHOP ONION & SIMMER IN FAT. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. COOK SLOWLY FOR 20 MINUTES.. POUR OVER MEAT. BAKE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS LONGER
