1 TEASPOON WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER
1 CUP COOKED TOMATOES
1/2 CUP PICKLE JUICE
1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
6 3/4 THICK PORK CHOPS

COOK GREEN PEPPER & ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL TENDER. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHOPS & SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT FOR 1 1/2 HR. PLACE CHOPS IN HEATED HEAVY SKILLET & PRESS FAT SIDE DOWN TO BOTTOM TO ALLOW TO BOTTOM TO ALLOW PORTION OF FAT TO MELT. KEEP BURNER HEAT LOWER THEN BROWN CHOPS ABOUT 10 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE WITH A PART OF BARBECUE SAUCE . BAKE IN A 350º OVEN FOR 45 MIN TO 1 HOUR DEPENDING ON SIZE OF CHOPS. BASTE CHOPS WITH SAUCE ABOUT EVERY 20 MIN USIG LEFT OVER SAUCE AS NEEDED. HEAT BEST OF SAUCE TO SERVE WITH CHOPS. SERVER WITH BAKED POTATOES AND TOSSED SALAD.
