5 - 8 pound Rib Roast
salt
garlic powder
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rub with seasoning.

Place roast on rack in pan with rib side down and fatty side up. Roast for 1 hour.

Leave roast in oven but DO NOT open for 3 hours. About 30 - 40 min. before serving time turn oven to 375 and reheat roast.
