1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon mint or peppermint extract
food color, if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients together. Put in a pastry bag, icing syringe with a decorating tip. Squeeze desired design onto wax paper. Let set. About 1 hr.
