Taco Dip

I Can refried beans
3 Haas avocados
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
1 (8oz.) Jar Taco Sauce
1 Pint Sour Cream
Cheddar cheese (8oz.), grated
1 Scallion, chopped (all of it)
1 chopped tomato or a few chopped cherry tomatoes
1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
1 small can sliced Black Olives

Layer 1
​Spread 1 can refried beans on a pizza pan or tray

Layer 2
​Blend 3 avocados (Haas are better) w/ lemon juice
​Add salt and pepper to taste
​Spread over layer 1

Layer 3
​Mix 1 jar taco sauce (8 oz.) w/ 1 pint sour cream
​Spread over layer 2

Layer 3
​Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese (8oz.)
​Sprinkle 1 chopped scallion (all of it)
​Sprinkle 1 chopped tomato or a few chopped cherry tomatoes
​Sprinkle Heinz Chili Sauce (1 bottle)
​Sprinkle w/ chopped or sliced Black Olives

Serve with Scoop Frito Chips
