3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
¾ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 block butter
¾ c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
½ c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 block soft butter
1 c. chopped nuts







Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and place in casserole. Then mix topping ingredients and crumble over potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
Helpful hints: Fresh sweet potatoes are better but canned can be used.
Real butter is better but margarine can be used.
Use electric mixer to whip potatoes.
Mixer blades take out stringy part of potatoes.
Can be made ahead and popped into oven for 35 minutes before serving.
