Buy 2- (9”) deep dish pie crusts/frozen
1lb. Swiss Cheese, grated
1 pkg. Hormel Cure 81 (12 oz. cubed ham)*
6 eggs
1 Pint heavy whipping cream
White pepper
Sugar
Nutmeg

Mix: 1 lb. / 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 pkg. Hormel Cure 81 (12 oz. cubed ham) *

Beat: 6 eggs
1 pint heavy whipping cream (2 cups)
Add a dash of white pepper, sugar, & nutmeg

Place ½ of the cheese/ham mix in each frozen pie crust (don’t press).

Pour ½ egg mixture over each pie crust.

Bake on a baking sheet @ 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes:
Then @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 more minutes; until eggs are set.

* can substitute crumbled cooked bacon
