MEATBALLS
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 T. oil (if browning in frying pan)
SAUCE
1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 8 oz. package cream cheese

Directions:

MEATBALLS
1. Mix above ingredients
2. Form into meatballs
3. Brown in frying pan or in oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 425º
4. Put the meatballs into a baking pan or dish
SAUCE
1. Heat all the ingredients for the sauce
2. Pour the sauce over the meatballs
3. Bake at 250º to 300º for 1 hour
