¾ lb. Hamburger Meat 1 Pkg. Fresh Mushrooms
1 ¼ lb. Velveeta Cheese 3/4 – 1 lb. Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small can (drained) El Paso diced green chilies 3-4 whole Jalapenos or 12-15 slices 1 small can Evaporated Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat & fresh mushrooms; then drain
Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, green chilies and jalapenos
Melt Velveeta cheese, Cheddar cheese and add
Add small can evaporated milk to thicken

Serve with Scoop Frito Corn Chips
