1 c. whole kernel corn
1 TB finely cut onion
1/2 c. milk
1 TB flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 TB fine cracker crumbs
2 TB butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place one half of the corn in two individual casseroles or in one large one. Sprinkle with onion, if you like it. Combine with milk, flour, salt and paprika. Pour over corn in casserole. Add remaining corn. Sprinkle crumbs over top, and dot with butter. Bake at 375º for 15 - 20 minutes. Can be doubled or tripled.
