1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 lb ground pork
2 eggs
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
2 tsp parsley
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 cup of water
3-4 cans of tomato sauce (16 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
mix meat in bowl and add garlic, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Blend in bread crumbs and water. Mixture should be moist, but firm to roll into meatballs.

place sauce and uncooked meatballs into crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
