2 pounds of sausage (out of casing)
4 pizza dough rounds
2 tsp. olive oil
Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper

Preheat oven at 450

Saute sausage in olive oil. Add salt and pepper. When cooked set aside. Roll out dough in rectangular shape, add some 1/4 of sausage, some cheese and roll into loaf. Continue the same with remainder. Brush some olive oil on top. Place on cookie sheet and bake.

You could replace the sausage with pretty much anything. Left over veggies, pepperoni ricotta cheese and mozzarella for a stromboli
