4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
3 tsps. cinnamon
2 tsps. salt
2 tsps. soda
2 tsps. nutmeg
1 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
1 small can pumpkin
1 c. raisins or dates
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 º.

Grease and flour 4 1lb coffee cans or two twelve cup muffins pans.

Combine eggs, water, and oil. Cream well, add pumpkin, and blend. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Divide equally into 4 cans or two muffin pans and bake 1 hour.
