3 oz. lime Jello
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 C. boiling water
1 C. cottage cheese
1 C. thinly sliced celery (may use less)
1/2 C. chopped nuts
1/2 C. crushed pineapple
1 C. pineapple chunks
1 C. grapes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until thickened but not set. Drain pineapple. Add remaining ingredients and chill until set.

Yes, the recipe is correct - you do use both crushed and chunk pineapple! Aunt Mil was a big fan of pineapple!
