No directions listed. But I know Mom would put all ingredients into a little crock and stir it daily. It would sit there all summer and she'd put it over ice cream or Angel food cake.

I think she took nips from the crock every once in a while saying she was "testing it". Sometimes she'd fill a tiny glass with the nectar and drink it. It was scrumptious. Cherries were my favorite, but occasionally she'd use peaches and plums or a combination.
