3 quart pan size:
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

3-4 quart pan size:
1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

4 1/2-5 quart pan size:
1/2 c. butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour

Powdered sugar
Nutmeg
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Use cast iron skillet. Put butter in pan, place in oven to melt butter. Mix in blender the eggs at high speed for 1 minute. Pour in milk and slowly add flour. Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour batter into hot melted butter. Return to oven and bake until fluffy and brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Dust with nutmeg, cinnamon, or powdered sugar if you wish.
Serve immediately.
