Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs Dejon mustard
2 egg yolks (2 Tbs egg beaters)
4 anchovies
4 med garlic cloves
3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:

Combine first six ingredients in food processor – blend well. Slowly drizzled olive oil with processor running. Chill and server..

Tear Romaine in pieces - toss in croutons - toss with dressing until coated. Shave Parmesan over salad.

If you use egg beaters this can last for a month in the refrigerator. Egg yolks will only last about a week
