Tenderized steak fingers
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil or grease

Directions:
Directions:
Milk 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk in a small bowl
Dip strips in bowl individually and lay them out on foil
Salt and pepper them
Turn grease to medium high
Dip each strip into flour and then place in hot grease
Turn them over when brown on bottom
When both sides are done, remove and place on paper towel to catch extra grease

If grease is not hot enough, strips will soak up too much grease.
