Cake;
1 box white cake mix
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 C sugar

Icing;
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 C butter, softened
4 C powder sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla
1 C chopped pecans

Directions:

Cake;
Prepare the cake following the instructions on the package. Bake in a 9x13 pan. Allow to cool then poke holes in it using a large fork or the end of a wooden spoon. Mix pineapple and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boil ... spoon over cooled cake.

Icing;
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powder sugar then beat until smooth. Add vanilla and pecans then combine well.

Spread icing over cake. You could skip adding nuts to icing and sprinkle on top if you want.
