1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp minced chives
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 large cucumbers

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, minced chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers; add and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

Similar to "Lettuce and Cream", the cukes have a little more body and are nice in the summer when there are fresh chives.
