1 tablespoon olive oil
1 stick real butter
2 -3 diced raw chicken breasts
1 chopped onion
3 diced celery stalks
1 cup mixed frozen chopped red yellow green bell peppers
1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1- 2 teaspoon (Louisiana Cajun Land Brand) Creole Cajun seasoning mix
with green onion
1 bay leaf
2 cups fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup water
1 (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, un-drained
1/2 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp
1 handful chopped fresh parsley
1 handful chopped fresh cilantro
1 pound fettuccini pasta boil until very tender according to directions

Add olive oil and butter to skillet add:
chicken cook until no longer pink and has a golden brown color on med-high
Add: onion, celery, bell peppers, garlic sauté until softened 4-5 min
add kielbasa and seasonings add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, water bring to a simmer @ 15 min
Add parsley cilantro and shrimp cook until pink. 5 min

in a separate sauce pan:
Boil fettuccini pasta according to directions until very soft drain then
add to mixture and simmer. enjoy
