5 C. torn lettuce
8 oz. shredded cheese
4 green onions, sliced
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 can Ranch Style beans (or chili beans)
1/2 small bag tortilla chips (I like Taco flavored Doritos)
Toppings: Salsa, Sour cream or Ranch dressing

Directions:
Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and put into large serving bowl. Add cheese, onions and tomatoes. Partially drain chili beans and add to salad. Mix. Just before serving, crush tortilla chips and add to salad. Serve with toppings.
