1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 c. Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Evaporated Milk
1 c. Ketchup
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
3 T. Sugar
1/4 c. Mild Vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce

Mix beef, bread crumbs, salt, and evaporated milk thoroughly and form into meat balls. Place in shallow pan. Pour remaining ingredients over meat balls and bake at 375º for about an hour.
