2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened
1 to 2 tsp. garlic, chopped
½ tsp. salt
1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/3 cup black olives, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
3 oz. sundried tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped

In a medium bowl, mix the first five ingredients together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until combined. Chill in the refrigerator before serving. Excellent as an appetizer served with crackers or as a spread on sandwiches.
