2 1/2 cup tomatoes
1 cup bread cubes
1 T minced onion
1/4 cup butter
1 T flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread, buttered

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, bread cubes and onion. Melt butter, add flour and seasonings and mustard. Add tomato mixture and pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cut bread slices into cubes, sprinkle over tomatoes, Bake in hot oven 400º for 30 minutes.
