2 c. sour cream
3 c. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. butter, melted
½ lb. crab meat
⅛ tsp. pepper
½ lb. bay scallops, lightly cooked
1 lb. medium shrimp, cooked and peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, cheese and butter in 4-5 quart slow cooker. Stir in pepper, crab, scallops and shrimp. Cover and cook on low 1-2 hours.
Serve over pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
