Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Mama had a note on the bottom of this recipe..."I haven't made this yet myself - my aunt had it - it was delicious." Mama was always looking for and collecting recipes of dishes she enjoyed. She especially liked anything that was nutritious and easy. Sometimes it was nice to prepare something that didn't take as much prep time. She was never willing to sacrifice goodness for ease, so for her to use one of these recipes it had to meet her prerequisites. Mama was serious about her responsibilities to her family. She didn't try many recipes with unusual ingredients...she liked the basics best.
